Returns
You can return unused items in their original, unopened packaging within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us on WhatsApp 050 247 4133 or email info@vinrisefzc.com with your order number.
Items we cannot accept back
- Opened ink and toner cartridges, software and memory cards
- Food and pantry items once opened
- Products printed or customised with your logo (corporate gifts)
- Items damaged after delivery
Wrong, damaged or faulty items
If we sent the wrong product, or it arrived damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will collect it free of charge and replace it or refund you in full.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and checked, we refund within 7 working days. Card payments are refunded to the original card; cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer. Banks may take a further 5–10 working days to show the refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched.
